Geoff, Max and Christian just completed our basement development project, which lasted approximately 10 weeks. From the initial quote and my many follow-up questions, to all the changes we made along the way, we could not have been happier with their services and the end result! They are all extremely knowledgeable in their trade, and did an amazing job helping to create an additional living space for our family! In our opinion, their quote was very reasonable, and with the rising cost of materials, we were extremely happy with what Geoff initially quoted us and what that included. We did shop around a bit prior to committing, and ultimately M1 was providing the best value for service. Max and Christian were at our home almost daily for the 10ish week completion, and they truly went above and beyond to get things completed in a timely manner, and make sure all other trades were lined up and coordinated accordingly. We have already recommended them to several other neighbours and friends, and have plans to contact them for future projects. Thank you again so much M1! Geoff and his crew are absolute professionals. They are so talented, capable, kind and easy to work with. We did a kitchen/main floor renovation with M1 and they made the process so easy. Kitchen renos can be very disruptive but Geoff and crew were very efficient and we were only actually without an official kitchen for three weeks. The communication right from the start was top-notch and any concern I had was addressed immediately. Geoff holds his workers, and sub-trades, to a high standard, so I never worried about who was working on what in my home. It’s always a little scary when looking for home renovation contractors, however when I was asking around for reputable contractors, there was 1 name that kept on being repeated. That name was M1 Construction. I was really impressed with what I had heard and my husband said “give them a call”. Geoff called back the same day that I left my message and made arrangements to meet with me and look at my kitchen. Within no time Geoff came back with a design that captured everything that I wanted and then some. The cost was reasonable and the time frame for completion met with our needs. Geoff and Andre are perfectionists in their work and I couldn’t be happier with the Reno.
